About this car
Brand new MAN TGE CITY is an accessible taxi designed based on customer experiences in collaboration with the body manufacturer and customers. The car has a Dhollandia wheelchair lift with the mechanism on the left side, Quick Secure wheelchair tie-downs two sets, and M1 approved faux leather seats with 1+8 seating arrangement, so it is directly suitable for accessible passenger transport. Taximeter installation readiness has been pre-wired, so device installation is quick.
Separate climate control for the driver's cabin and passenger compartment, as well as a separate auxiliary heater for the engine and passenger compartment with remote control and timer take care of ride comfort, so the journey is pleasant in both freezing and hot weather. Good sound and heat insulation, double glazing and an insulating glass package make the car quiet. The driver's suspended comfort seat has a massage function, and the gear selector is on the stalk.
The interior is made of durable faux leather on the walls, ceiling, sliding door and rear double doors, so keeping it clean and hygienic is effortless. The passenger compartment has 250W speakers and three sockets (USB A and USB C). The sliding door is electric, and the rear double doors have a stay-open mechanism.
