Opel Astra Coupe Bertone 2,0 Turbo 190 hv 2002

This is a rare Opel Astra Coupé Turbo Bertone, built in an old-school style over the years. The front-wheel drive and manual coupé suits an enthusiast who appreciates hand-built engineering and is not looking for an everyday basic car. Odometer reading is 244 000 km and model year 2002.

The power source is a Z20LER 2.0 16V Turbo, around which a comprehensive package has been built. The cylinder head is ported and thoroughly machined, the valves and valve gear have been overhauled and polished, and the compression ratio has been changed from the original 8,6:1 to 9,2:1. The intake has been rebuilt with RST intake pipes and a Simota cone filter, and on the exhaust side there is a 3" Home Made Downpipe and a 2,5" RST exhaust system with a self-made silencer. The car was dyno-tested in 2014, when power was measured at approximately 289 hv.

The car has a paper service book. The body has been filled, cavity-protected and received a new paint finish in EuropeBlue colour, and inside there is Sport leather/Alcantara upholstery. As a means of transport, the car is equipped with, among other things, automatic climate control, xenon headlights, navigation and heated seats.
